Robert makes it his priority to get your boat back out on the water as soon as possible. Robert brings to the service centre extensive experience in staff management, recruitment, training, sales and customer relations.
He ensures the Service Centre runs smoothly and efficiently. His outstanding management skills, love of boating and technical skill combine to ensure you and your yacht are looked after every step of the way. “…taking care of our customers and their boats is my dream job”
Robert has been a keen sailor since sailing Manly Juniors out of Balmoral as a child. His love of sailing and boats, combined with his strong customer service ethic led him to want to help people get the most out of their boats. Robert has sailed extensively through his life and has enjoyed twilight races for over 30 years. He has had previous roles in sales and marketing with Team Sail (during which he helped deliver yachts to Hamilton Island), Neverfail Springwater , Wild Leitz Australia and has been involved with several other businesses.
“My exposure to high-end electro mechanics and precision electronics has given me a good understanding of what is needed to deal with every situation and on every inch of our yachts,” says Robert.
